Preston & Preston is pleased to announce the letting of Unit 4 at Sidcup Logistics Park to Unitec Building Services.
Unitec Building Services provides specialist and bespoke building services across the luxury retail, high-end residential and commercial sectors. The business works across design, consultancy, production and maintenance for a range of premium clients.
The letting follows Preston & Preston’s acquisition and fit out of Unit 4, creating a modern and practical industrial space ready for occupation.
We look forward to seeing Unitec develop the space and bring its expertise to Sidcup Logistics Park.
