Browells Lane Acquisition Strengthens Feltham Portfolio

Preston & Preston is pleased to announce the acquisition of 2 Browells Lane in Feltham.

The acquisition supports our strategy of acquiring flexible industrial space in well-connected locations and letting it to high-quality occupiers. The unit is pre-let to About Signs and adds to Preston & Preston’s existing presence at Browells Lane, where we also own Unit 3.

Browells Lane is located close to Heathrow Airport and benefits from strong access to the M3, M4 and M25, making it well suited to a range of industrial and business occupiers.

The acquisition further strengthens Preston & Preston’s position in Feltham and adds another well-located asset to the portfolio.
