The Scuba Academy Opens at Red Lion Business Park
Preston & Preston is pleased to welcome The Scuba Academy to Red Lion Business Park in Tolworth.
The newly refurbished industrial unit has been transformed into a specialist diver training and equipment testing centre, complete with a 40ft indoor pool. The new facility will provide purpose-built space for scuba training, swimming lessons and equipment testing.
The letting is a strong example of how industrial space can support a wide range of occupiers and uses. It also reflects the flexibility of well-managed industrial property when matched with an ambitious business.
The transformation of the unit was delivered by Stainsby Contracts, creating a modern, efficient and sustainable space ready for occupation.
