Refurbished Browells Lane Unit Let to Wanderlust Wine
Preston & Preston is pleased to announce the successful refurbishment and letting of one of its industrial units at Browells Lane in Feltham.
The unit has been transformed into a modern, efficient and sustainable industrial space, with works completed by Stainsby Contracts. As part of the refurbishment, the property’s EPC rating was improved from E to B, marking a significant step forward in energy performance.
We are also pleased to welcome Wanderlust Wine as the new tenant. The letting supports the next stage of the business’s growth and shows the continued demand for well-located, high-quality industrial space.
The letting process was supported by Vokins Chartered Surveyors, who provided marketing and agency advice, and Wedlake Bell, who supported the legal process.
