One of our tenants, SCUBA Academy, has transformed an industrial unit into a specialist facility for scuba training and swimming lessons. The space has been designed to support divers of different ages and experience levels, with warm, enclosed and private surroundings.
The facility includes shallow and deep sections to support skill progression, along with modern changing rooms and showers on site.
This project shows how flexible industrial property can be when matched with the right occupier. It is also a strong example of how businesses can adapt industrial space to meet specific operational needs.
