Fit Out Completed at Sidcup Logistics Park
Preston & Preston has completed the fit out of Unit 4 at Sidcup Logistics Park, delivering a modern and energy-efficient workspace for its new tenant.
Building on the high-quality shell provided by Chancerygate, the fit out was completed by Stainsby Contracts and focused on creating a contemporary industrial space that supports both operational efficiency and occupier wellbeing.
The completed works include the installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, enhanced insulation, upgraded LED lighting and modern welfare facilities. Care was also taken to retain the building’s generous ceiling heights and open, spacious feel.

Unit 4 now provides high-quality industrial accommodation within one of South East London's key logistics locations and serves as a model for future developments across the portfolio.
