Craig Preston

Craig Preston brings more than 20 years of investment and commercial experience.

Before founding Preston & Preston, he held senior trading roles with BP and Vitol Group, including 12 years as a global head of trading. Alongside this, he developed experience through a family property business and began investing in property in 2004.

Craig holds degrees in Business from Newcastle University and Organisational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Madeline Preston

Madeline Preston provides administrative, marketing and strategic support to the business.

She brings more than 10 years of management and fundraising experience, with a background spanning creative organisations, professional sports teams and relationship management across complex campaigns.

She has helped lead and support campaigns of up to £35 million.
